Product Introduction

 

Semi-automatic Electroplating Line series include： Washing machine, Nickel plating machine, Copper plating machine, Chrome plating machine, De-chrome machine, Degreasing machine.

 

It is controlled by PLC, touch screen man-machine interface, high efficiency, less operators, only input cylinder length, diameter，thickness of the plating, then program can automatically run, close door, liquid filling, cylinder rotation, rectifier work, alarm etc. It is the upgrade of standard model equipment.

Consists Of The Following Processes:

 

The Washing Machine is the first component of the Single Automatic Electroplating Line. It is designed to remove any surface dirt, oil, or grime from the cylinder's surface.

 

Once the cylinder is clean, it moves on to the Nickel Plating Machine. This machine applies a layer of nickel on the cylinder surface, which enhances its durability and corrosion resistance.

 

Next in the plating process is the Copper Plating Machine, which deposits a layer of copper on the surface. The copper layer provides an excellent base for the next stage, which is the Chrome Plating Machine.

 

The chrome layer provides a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish to the cylinder.

 

After the chrome plating process, the cylinder is sent to the De-chrome Machine. This component is designed to remove any excess chrome or nickel layer from the surface of the cylinder and make sure that the final product is neat and free from any impurities.

 

Finally, the cylinder passes through the Degreasing Machine, which removes any oil residue or grease from the surface. This makes the cylinder ready to be used for its intended purpose.
