The fully automatic tire pyrolysis device is the latest design of our factory and has more than a dozen patents.It also has many other advantages:

1. It adopts a tube type condenser. The cooling length is enlarged and the cooling area is large, so that the oil gas can be fully cooled and the cooling efficiency can be improved.

2. Its reactor is stable and not rotary, which makes the temperature rise and pyrolysis react quickly. This special design makes the whole pyrolysis process much more efficient and the energy saving. Thus the investment in the energy is lower.

3.The security design can not only protect the workers but also can protect the environment. The casing can ensure that the high temperature will not cause harm to the workers. And the alarming system can ensure that the workers have a safe working condition.

4. It can run 24 hours a day without cooling and stopping the reactor before the second batch.

 

 

1. Put the treated raw materials into the pyrolysis reactor automatically. When the internal temperature of the pyrolysis reactor reaches the relevant degree, oil and gas will be produced.

2. Then, the oil and gas first enters the cooling pipe, and then enters the depositing tank. The heavy oil gas will be liquefied into heavy oil and enter the heavy oil tank. The purified oil gas enters the condenser and liquefies into tire oil. The combustible gas passes through the oil tank, passes through the safety water seal, and then enters the furnace. The non condensable gas is recycled as fuel to heat the pyrolysis reactor.
3. The smoke generated when the reactor is heated will enter the dust removal system for purification. In the spray tower, the flue gas is washed, sprayed and adsorbed by the ceramic ring to meet the environmental protection and emission standards of EU.
4. As for carbon black, it will be discharged by automatic screw exhauster. The automatic feeding and discharging system makes the whole pyrolysis process convenient.
