Description

 

When resin is added to the 3D fiberglass woven fabric, the surface fabric will be impregnated with the resin. During the impregnated process, the fabric is compressed but immediately bounces back to its original height, resulting in a lightweight sandwich panel called 3D FRP Panel.

It is suitable for a variety of resin systems, such as unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl resins and epoxy resins, etc.

 

 

Advantages

 

Because of the three-dimensional structure to avoid resin curing concentration, can get better surface effect and smaller shrinkage deformation. It also has a lot of advantages such as light weight, high strength, impact resistance, no stratification, heat and sound insulation, energy absorption.
